Sebastian Schneider obtained a diploma in Visual Arts from Hochschule für Künste Bremen (2013). In 2016, he received a M.A. in Curatorial Studies at the Goethe Universität Frankfurt and the Städelschule. He worked as an assistant curator at the Lenbachhaus Munich and headed the art education department at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart. Since 2020, he is in charge of the anniversary program „Transformation – Unfolding the Future“ at the Akademie Schloss Solitude.

Voin de Voin in Conversation with Sebastian Schneider

Æther is an independent art space located in the center of Sofia, Bulgaria. It was founded in 2016 by the artist Voin de Voin. Since then, Æther organized numerous solo and group shows presenting the work of international artists, scientists, and activists. A hotbed for critically engaged artistic and curatorial practices, Æther conceives the exhibition space an experimental platform.
