Karolina Kucia, (born in Poland 1978) is a visual and performance artist based in Helsinki, working in the area of mental ecology and precarious labour in her own artistic practice as well as co-founder of organisations such as Future Art Base – Economic Art, Mollecular Organisation and Robin Hood Minor Asset Management, Kukkia – group and Art Workers Helsinki. Her artistic practice often relates to question of collapse, withdrawal and minor expression, such as »micro events«, like a slip of tongue or form or time or parasitic relationships. Most recent work: glut/glut/glut: parasitic space for NO Play Femininst Training Camp, nGbK Berlin.
