Javor Gardev is one of the foremost stage and film directors of his native Bulgaria. He has staged over 35 performances, across Europe and has won numerous domestic and international awards with his feature film Zift (2008). Besides this, Gardev has directed several radio plays and has produced performance art and video art works.
